Objectives

Your main objective will be to assist in the technological development of the new industrial units for the Water Horizon project in order to optimize the process by working on industrial-scale process automation.

Missions

As an automation engineer at Water Horizon, you will be responsible for carrying out these different missions

Participate in the study of PID schemes,

Define the Control/Command/Safety architecture scheme.,

Implement technical solutions in accordance with client specifications.,

Draft functional documents in accordance with client specifications.,

Carry out the hardware technical specifications and ensure follow-up with suppliers.,

Perform functional analyses, organic analyses, system database,

Carry out supplier consultations and participate in the selection of technical solutions in agreement with the project manager and the final client,

Organize and validate supplier technical documentation.,

Establish FAT/SAT procedures, for pre-commissioning and commissioning

Perform tracking and validation of hardware and software receipts

To have the ability to modify and optimize the automation currently in place.

Test the industrial unit and site commissioning, and propose improvements based on the lessons learned.

Skills

With a background of a 2-year technical degree (e.g., BTS CIRA, CRSA, or DUT GEII) to a 5-year Master's degree specializing in Automation, you have acquired a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar industrial role.

To be both conceptual and rigorous in operations

Perseverance, Creativity, Empathy, Prioritization skills, Charisma, and Leadership.

Knowledge of industrial electricity/instrumentation, Process Control trades, and scale-up experience would be an asset.
