Your Goals:

• Acquire and transfer advanced mastery of the Water Horizon process (sizing, operation, optimization) internally.
• To pilot technological innovation and structure continuous improvement initiatives throughout the entire lifecycle of Water Horizon solutions, while adhering to quality, safety, environmental, and economic performance standards.
• Serve as a technical referent for complex process engineering topics and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Contribute to defining process and innovation strategies.
• Mastering the integration of the Water Horizon process within client processes (waste heat producers, cold/heat consumers).
• Represent the company to key partners and at external events (conferences, working groups).

Your missions:

• Technological development of the process
  • Pilot the analysis, modeling, and optimization of the Water Horizon process.
  • Propose plans for improvement to define and implement progress plans for expanding the range, optimizing performance, and operating conditions of units based on lessons learned.
  • Take responsibility for managing complex projects, ensuring technical coordination and interface management.
  • Actively participate in technological watch and the dissemination of best practices (Knowledge Management) in process design.
• Support territory / exploitation / continuous improvement
  • Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.
  • Participation in the definition of unit operating protocols, participation in technical diagnostics, capitalization of lessons learned from different sites.

Your profile:

Required degrees
 
Engineering degree in one of the following fields: Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering

Required skills
 
Techniques
Recognized expertise in process design, sizing, and optimization.
Solid foundation in thermodynamics and heat/mass transfer.
Proficiency in industrial process simulation and modeling tools (e.g., Aspen, ProSim, Matlab, ...).
 
Personal and behavioral
Leadership technique and ability to work in a project team.
Autonomy, organization, initiative, and prioritization skills.
Creative and entrepreneurial.
Excellent internal relations (reporting) and with clients, creativity in negotiations, sense of service, and a focus on lasting business relationships.
