Job Description: Commissioning Engineer

WHERE: Toulouse, France
FULL-TIME POSITION

Objectives

Your main objective will be to commission and then perfect the operation of Water Horizon’s batteries on its test bench as well as at the customer site.

Missions

As a Commissioning Engineer at Water Horizon, you will have to carry out these different missions

Study the project documents (contract, specifications, plans, etc.) and learn about the equipment and processes used during the project's implementation.

Organize the start-up schedule according to the collected data and control its execution (equipment verification, safety control, compliance, etc.)

Make adjustments, diagnose faults, and provide technical support to the customer.

Conduct and supervise the final performance test

Evaluate deviations, propose and implement corrective actions

Prepare and circulate reports on the various startup phases to the relevant stakeholders (progress reports, operating and startup manuals, end-of-mission reports, etc.)

Monitor and supervise the acceptance of the transfer of responsibilities, respecting contractual deadlines and ensuring the acceptance of the transfer of responsibilities.

Train the operator in the use and maintenance of the system

Skills

From Bac+3 to Bac+5 training in process engineering, mechanics, electromechanics, electricity, or automation.

Have initial experience commissioning industrial equipment.

Be both conceptual and rigorous in the operational aspects

Autonomous, with strong project management skills (task planning and operational follow-up)

With an established customer relationship, placing the customer at the center of your focus.

Proven synthesis capabilities.
