Job Description: Process Engineer M/F

Water Horizon is looking to strengthen its Scale-up team with a development engineer who will work directly with Water Horizon's management, particularly the COO.

Objectives

Your main objective will be to support the technological development of the new industrial units for the Water Horizon project. This involves optimizing the process by working on an industrial scale in the design and modeling of process elements (pipes, pumps, tanks, exchangers, etc.).

Missions

As a Process Engineer at Water Horizon, you will have to carry out these different missions:

Perform and validate the behavior studies of the different components of the process at different scales to aid in the design of future units (reactors, tubes, pumps, vessels, exchangers, etc.).

Identify, study, and model process changes. Improve performance in conjunction with industrial management and process engineers, as well as automate what needs to be automated (data management, intelligent communication, AI).

Monitoring the manufacturing progress of the industrial unit and defining the pre-commissioning and reliability tests for the equipment.

Test the industrial unit and site and propose improvements from the REX.

Skills

Master's degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar field.

First experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or agro processes.

Experience in scale-up is a plus.

Conceptual and rigorous in operational tasks.

Autonomous with strong project management skills (task planning and operational monitoring).

Proven synthesis and writing skills.

Perseverance, Creativity, Empathy, Sense of Urgency, Charisma, and Natural Leadership.
