personnel files and ensure they are updated<br>Draft employment contracts and amendments<br>Follow trial periods<br>Manage employee entry and exit (onboarding \/ offboarding process)<br>Manage absences, leave, and HR administrative elements<br>Update HR dashboards<br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Recruitment<\/strong><br>Participate in the recruitment process (posting job openings, forwarding applications, follow-up)<br>Contribute to improving the recruitment process and employer attractiveness<br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Onboarding and Employee Journey<\/strong><br>Prepare and coordinate the integration of new employees (onboarding)<br>Contribute to improving the onboarding process<br>Support employees in their daily HR processes<br>To be the interface between Management and the teams on HR topics<br>Contribute to team loyalty and engagement<br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Training and Skills Development<\/strong><br>Manage requests for training sponsorship from the OPCO<br>Manage administrative follow-up related to training<br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Social relations and regulatory framework<\/strong><br>Ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures<br>Participate in drafting and updating HR procedures<br>Ensure social and regulatory monitoring<br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Internal affairs and corporate culture<\/strong><br>Participate in actions related to well-being at work and quality of life at work (QWL)<br>Propose and organize internal events (seminars, afterworks, year-end parties, etc.)<br>Promote values and entrepreneurship<br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Administrative management and support<\/strong><br>Organize the executive committee's business travel<br>Participate in writing the WH newsletter &nbsp;<br>Draft HR letters, documents, and materials<br>Update, classify, and degrees<\/u><\/em><\/strong><br>Associate's degree minimum, ideally a Bachelor's degree, in HR, Management, or Labor Law<br>SME Management BTS<br>BTS Management Assistant (with HR responsibilities)<br>DUT \/ BUT Business and Public Administration Management (GEA)<br>Professional Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources<br>Bachelor of Human Resources<br><strong>A first experience of 2 to 5 years in personnel administration or general HR would be highly appreciated.<\/strong><br><strong><br><em><u>Required skills<\/u><\/em><\/strong><br><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><br><strong>Technical skills<\/strong><br>Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<br>Use of tracking spreadsheets and HR indicators<br>Human resources administration knowledge<br>Knowledge of labor law and social legislation<br>Mastery of recruitment processes<br>Knowledge of vocational training devices<br>Ability to draft HR documents (contracts, procedures, memos)<br>Payroll Fundamentals (Interface with Service Providers or External Firm)<br>Professional English appreciated (written and\/or
