of:<br><br><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Identify opportunities \/ develop the company in pre-defined countries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to updating the business and commercial strategy and act as a key player in its implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stimulate revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value B2B contracts in the industrial refrigeration sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build and maintain lasting relationships with industrial clients, understand their energy needs, and offer tailor-made renewable cooling energy solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth implementation of energy solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anticipate market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes in the energy and renewable energy sectors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and manage key accounts long-term.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commercial Leadership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Identify and target high-potential industrial clients (e.g., manufacturing, agri-food, data centers, etc.) within your territory.<br>Negotiate and finalize complex B2B contracts for the supply of renewable cold energy (MWh).<br>\u2022 Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to contract signing and client onboarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Advise clients on the technical and economic benefits of renewable cold energy solutions (efficiency, cost savings, sustainability).<br>\u2022 Work closely with the engineering team to design custom energy solutions.<br>\u2022 Present technical proposals and business cases to decision-makers (general management, purchasing, operations).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Market watch<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the fields of refrigeration and renewable energy.<br>\u2022 Represent WATER HORIZON at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profile and skills<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Formation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Engineering degree (Master's level) (e.g., Industrial Processes, Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Passionate about technology<br>\u2022 Over 10 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong track record in industrial refrigeration, energy, renewable energy, or industrial services.<br>\u2022 Engineering degree preferred or strong technical understanding of energy systems, renewable energy, cold energy, and industrial processes<br>Fluent French and English (C1 \/ C2), spoken and written \u2013 mandatory<br>\u2022 Proven experience in selling technical solutions (energy supply, energy efficiency, or industrial services)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Soft skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Natural team player<br>\u2022 Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close long-term contracts<br>\u2022 Results-oriented with a hunter-gatherer mindset and an interest in sustainable energy<br>Experience in technical sales with long sales cycles and low conversion rates<br>\u2022 Significant experience in international B2B industrial business development<br>\u2022 Existing network in the industrial sector (e.g., manufacturing, agri-food, pharmaceutical, data centers)<br>Knowledge of energy regulatory frameworks (e.g.,
