Senior Project Manager
As part of its development, Water Horizon is strengthening and structuring its Industrial Division and is recruiting a Senior Project Manager – Lead.
Within the Program team, you will play a key role in supporting the technical and commissioning projects for the Water Horizon project technologies and will contribute to the structuring of the industrial project management service.

Challenges & Objectives
You will be involved in the essential parts of Water Horizon's value chain, from the development of our technologies to the preparation for their commercial launch. You will act as Project Manager, responsible for QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) responses internally and for the company with its clients and partners.
Project Management of Development
- Ensure complete management of technological development projects (new products, process optimization, integration of innovative solutions).
- Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and technical objectives while maintaining Water Horizon's quality standards.
- Contribute to the development of the company's technological roadmap and innovation strategy.
EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning) Project Management
- Manage all phases of EPC projects for the installation of Water Horizon thermal batteries at client sites, from design to commissioning.
- Ensure the successful completion of projects within the established timelines, budget, quality standards, contractual requirements, and Water Horizon standards.
- Define the execution strategy and ensure optimal milestone achievement for each installation project.
- Represent Water Horizon to clients and during project follow-up meetings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of EPC processes and the capitalization of lessons learned (REX) on battery installations.
- Ensure risk management and compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards specific to Water Horizon and its clients.
Coordination and transversality:
- Unite internal teams (R&D, engineering, industrialization, quality) and external partners to successfully complete projects.
- Ensure communication and consistency among the different project stakeholders.
- Actively collaborate in the structuring and organization of the industrial project management department.
Job responsibilities
- Planning and management: define and manage the scope, objectives, schedule, and budget of projects; track milestones and anticipate risks.
- Technical coordination: supervise studies, validate technological choices, ensure conformity of developed solutions.
- Internal/External Interface: Lead internal and external project meetings, ensure reporting to management, represent Water Horizon with partners and suppliers.
- Resource management: mobilizing internal and external skills, organizing tasks and priorities.
- Testing and Validation Tracking: Coordinate the prototyping, testing, and qualification phases of solutions.
- Capitalization and continuous improvement: documenting projects, capitalizing on feedback (REX), and proposing optimizations.
- Mobilize teams and arbitrate with internal or external contributors, prepare decision documents, report to the Steering Committee on major projects and the Executive Committee, develop project culture and practices within the company.
Profile and skills
Required diplomas:
Engineering Degree in one of the following fields: General Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, ...
Technical and organizational skills:
- Proven experience in industrial, technological, or EPC project management, demonstrated by solid results in contexts involving multiple trades and specialties.
- Knowledge of thermal processes, energy, mechanics, or electrical engineering.
- Mastery of project management methods & tools (MS Project, Gantt, KPI, Lean Six Sigma).
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects in an innovative environment.

Remuneration
Between €60,000 and €80,000 gross per year, including bonus, depending on experience.
